Nice that its maiden and not ceremonial. 4/30 is max at lvl 30 which would be the best, 300-600 for 4/30's on europe.
i'd say 100-250 for yours

Its pretty cool, but 80 life 3 sox plate probably better.

Unless someone really needs the def its not worth it, if it had more life then it would be awesome.

Pretty crap, ed is almost useless on lvl 9 char, 20 ed = 2 dmg on war axe. (or 3 i forget)
