So do white armors have max 3 sockets in classic?
Because I read Gothic plate can get 4 when dropped in hell.

Armors don't drop with sockets in classic

so, How do they exist on nl? bug back in the day? imports?
Just strikes me as odd but now that its been mentioned its kinda messed up. can get socketed weapons but not armor.

gothic plate can only spawn with 3 sockets

4 sockets was possible with the act 5 glitch that is patched, so anything with 4 sockets is going to run you a little more and an empty 4 socket goth is probably going to cost 1k at least
