Assuming 20 fcr, idk how much more it needs to have. I thibk 20 fcr +2/+3 , res, and +1 to spells is a nice necro wand. I paid 150 for a +2/+3/+1 decrepify 20 fcr wand a month ago

If the other skills were decrep or maybe corpse explosion, sure. The other skills on it are not useful. So, it would just be a 2/20/3 with a low res and low mana. Would be worth maybe 25 fg.
