It doesn't need fcr, it's a swap wand. You swap to use bone armor or to quickly amp a mob and swap back to your main.
3+ amp 3+ CE, I agree would need FCR.
Interesting. I’m assuming this is for a bot build? I doubt anyone is manually swapping wands while actively killing stuff in cs manually…
