Yes. However, it's still just better to have it on the bow. Chu is already an extremely bad base. Putting a gear requirement elsewhere just makes it worse.

Its a bad base, but you can go all rare with it. Ias/stat/res gloves arent that big a deal.

You could but my point is why would you want to? Better off just getting a chu that has 10+ ias. Then you only need 9/15 gloves, not 9/15/10 gloves.

Thats true, the gloves will probably worth more than the bow. Lol, Id have to say with chuks you probably need 2+ and all that dmg.

I had a fun firezon that actually worked okay before a4 hell. 2+ 20ias 9x dmg, and i wore mages and sojs. Thats reaally only what chuks are for really.
