decrepify is a liked pvm skill but the combination with cr is unlucky (high cr mostly used in pvp)
FR in combination with LR would have been better for a pvm wand
ml useless, knockback useless no ene
still worth some coins

well imo dec is a skill that use in pvp more ..
thats why cr is usefull .. but dno. thats why its here.

Don't know about pvm but its useful for slowing down barbs or any other fast moving (walking) chars so imo its useful in any way

dunno rly but in pvp i'd prefer a wand with +BS or a combination with +BS and other skills, and CR FR on it.
