+2 pala +2 bh is definitely sellable, althou if there only is +1pala it better be 2/2 on bh/conc or higher imo. (Exceptions are if there is FCR ofc)
A plain +2bh +2conc is selfuse, not worth trying to sell here and if you don't have any use for it go into a normal game and give to some beginner that will be happy about it. ^^

The prices are very fuzzy now and depends to much on how many that needs them, but these last days people have been finding more and more resi-rings(and fcr and mage-fcr) for example so their resi+20fcr wands doesnt fill any real purpose, so now is probably a good time to sell some if you have
