Charsi, or low fg in classic, sorry. In classic, we are able to pot mana in duels and we need res in pvm/pvp

i dont know much about scepters.
If Id want em, Id offer ~50 fg on #1 and about 60-70 fg on the second scepter (vigor is kinda useless, for it doenst add dmg)
the grim is selfuse. It really needs life to be usefull imo. If someone does have a use for it
