On ladder, not too much since it either needs 30/20 block or +2 din to be good. On NL, there must be tons of GG's floating around, so I'd say use it if you need to, but you probably won't get much in a trade.

I thought with the Dex on the helm it might be useful since it cannot spawn on rare helms anymore, but life and resists are pretty low and probably ugly style.
