Expac not classic
so... just because
some items on classic are worth a LOT to ezpack kids it makes the current offer null and void? what the buyer does with an item post sale is really irrelevant in terms of what the seller is getting isn't it? (in real estate, change in use must be considered plausible to determine the highest and best economic use)
e.g. all those lovely prepatch dupes on NL are often sold for mass to kids that convert them...
if/when I price check, I put tons of disclaimers out on how/why I arrived at my conclusion, with the caveat that there are often times buyers who may be willing to pay more, but that sometimes the aggravation of finding that buyer may not be worth it for some people.
As we have discussed in the past via /pm I have a very long history of appraising commercial and high end residential property. the principle is the same, attempt to find the most common/usual selling price based on a comparable object and/or via a known unit of comparison. I tend to revert to rough round numbers in terms of the going rate for gulls for lower tier items, and at sojs for higher tier items.
while I am also shocked at the c/o on that naga, there's no way anyone should accept a 10 fg offer on it.
