what you mean is Embossed Plate, same type of Armor as Tal Rasha but purple style is not possible in classic ofc
high req armors need way more enhanced defense so that it's worth wearing them
fhr and life is ok but only one useful resist (pr isn't usually counted as resist)
so get your 35k gamegold for it and try getting lucky next time



the Armor is really good exept the strreq (for svs) and the style
helm charsie imo (low life, crap style)
