As for the gear... it really depends on how much you want to spend.
Full ira, random fcr rings, 3sock kite [or any other shield with less than 55str needed], shard, twitch and some decent boots, perhaps 30/10 if you wanna spend fg
The above equipment shouldn't cost you more than 30fg
