no , first of all, this wand is missing 20% fcr -> useless
secondary its missing +2/3 bonespear or/and other useful skills for a necromancer ofc

res is ok but better if cr/fr instead of cr/lr

this is worth nothing, a tabar (not used usually) needs at least 160ed to be worth anything
