at first i have to correct the stats:
10fhr (not 19fhr)
99ed 137def (not ar)
25lr
29fr
damage reduced by 7 (not -7)
magic damage reduced by 1 (not-1)

at second this armor is worthless
reason: not much fhr, no life/mana, no str/dex
the resists are ok but thats not enough reason to sell it
selfuse or sell it to a vendor
