I must have done something weird yesterday when i turned them back on and seems like now i have IP restrictions. Might be blizzard banned the proxy provider i was using. Might just be a few days or two weeks temp ban. Rusher chanter and boer are online for now but cs is down until further notice.
Ill try again in a few days or something
