Boots are worth something, maybe 10fg.
But I wouldnt sell them seperately, maybe in a bigger mule-sellout or so.

My price check:

+1, +3 Bone Spear, +3 Confuse, 1 Poison Explosion, 14 Ene, CR 35, +3 lit radius, rep 4 Yellow Grim Wand.
Would someone use it eventough not +2 and no FCR..

i would say no as +2 20fc xbs 3xcr wands are cheap, dec or other useful curse and 2nd res makes it worth more
