only 10fcr and pr is not considered as tri res sorry
better off giving to friends, not worth anything im afraid
10-15 fg if ur lucky

the only time pr is considered as tri res is when the wand has lr fr pr cuz that would be perfect for glitchers and bots
20fcr is a must for wands

It has gg res's and 10 life.

However no fcr, str, dex, other mods that people usually look for on rings.

I'd say 150 or so is a pretty fair price.

if that 320 damage lance has 75 durability...

I'd say about 400 fg

If it has 25 durabillity

I'd say 250 or so.

100-200 Looks good to me.
