I probably would have as well, but it's worth more than a twitch / 5 fg.

fhr, near perfect life 13 str, and some resists, even low are better than using a random unique/set armor if nothing else.

pity it's not double those resists - it'd be mass f/g if it were mid twenties cr/lr...
