it's 2% ed and +3 min damage off being 100% perfect for min-max +xxx% ed +2 barb skills bh

having 200 or 250 or 300 attack rating really doesn't matter

it will drop kids all the same

not to mention the +2 skills increases attack rating from +2 whirlwind +2 mace mastery
