But saying something is worth 10k doesn't mean it is. He should let the offers run for a while, he's never going to get 10k here.

These boots are 10% FHR better than normal tri-res boots (But don't have Dex or Rep). 10 FHR isn't worth 10k. I doubt a collector will pay 10k.
