P/c on a lld bow?

Im not expert but im gonna say next to nothing

reasons:

reqs are pretty steep for a llder (no -30req)
the dmg isnt all that great either tbh. (no max or min)
no 20% ias

Yea - that's worth nothing

You can get 160% ed and +17 max on a level 30 item.

that's nowhere near those mods.
