sounds like we need to figure out what teh effective dmg output of +2 comes out to and how much the bumps in def/res matter. cuz its murky for me if a 300 +2 mart is better then say a 310 +20 strn mart.

Nice, What’s the math for str, I thought it was 1.1 per str point but can’t figure out at what point it’s calculated? E.g. 170str barb vs exact same bh barb with 190str?

STRENGTH: %STR = adds +% Phys Damage with following calculation = [Strength * BONUS/100] according to table below:

WEAPON / BONUS:
Unarmed / 100
Maces / 110
Throwing axe / 75
Throwing knife / 75
Other melee weap. / 100

Example: WW DMG = phys dmg weapon * (1 + %WW + %WeapMastery +%STR)
%WW & %WeapMastery can be looked up from skill tab (1.xx usually when maxed)

even once made a complete bvb spreadsheet to even add calculations with def, ar, hp + crit chance ... but I dont have it anymore

200str base comparision:
lvl23 bo ww dmg

Imp bludgeon +2 189-316 +18str (total 218str) = 1522 avg phys ww dmg
Fiend bar +2 193-296 +10str (total 210str) = 1455 avg phys ww dmg
Doom mar +2 177-307 +10str (total 210str) = 1440 avg phys ww dmg

funny both mart and bh named imp bludgeon highest dmg ... its a trademark

There is a legit -30e Martel out there. Maybe expire but it exists.

haha i remember these fondly so many soj's went into their making these , a lot of people were doing this i had quite a few myself all went poof on old accounts but never to the extent he did it lol
