to some folks it does. if someone spams the shit out of the forum, and thusly pushes good mannered posts down that much faster, and makes a semi-career out of it, some of us would prefer to just not do business with them.

from what I recall seeing in the price check thread, there was one or more requests made of szsz to republish the list of folks he prefers to not trade with.

I just dump people on my block list when they have irritated me enough, and thus I don't end up trading with them. *shrug*
