This kind of scepter is basically only for a niche market.
If you're a low level dueler, this is GFG and is worth that. In terms of reselling it later, you may not get what you paid considering there are limited low level duelers around on JSP (although quite a few in-game Ladder).

All the best belts are light belts :P
Not worth a lot considering it's only 2x4. Maybe 5-10fg. It would be decent if it had an extra row.
