not too sure about bvb items, but this would be my estimate:
plague shield: 15~20
havoc guard: 40~70
hailstone tower: 40~50

plague shield: hmm I'd usually say charsi it, but since prederik's grim is getting offers (probably for lld) I might agree with klowd92, just give it a try
havoc guard: I cannot pc this, there is no reference. the 9 str is nice, but ppl use pavises for normal bvb in euro. Just see if it brings offers.
hailstone tower: 50-70
