pal shield is ok for starting but theres no 30/20 ya know
its worth a bit ofc. but without 30/20 theres low interest

30/20 doesnt affect anything since holy sheild, so dont mind. But still either low def or high str, and not gozu style, so its low-coins

i wouldnt skill HS if my shield was 3020 so it saves u some skills

so yea 3020 is handy on palshields
