I have no clue about hc items and price on it for sure I wouldnt charsi it, 8 str + 4 dex makes it about 24 life for soso so can be usefull for sure, but maybe u should ask some HC players whose got better knowledge than me

In my opinion you should get some coinz for atleast it can be selfuse

Imo it will be hard to get 50 fgs, at first cause cd, at second there is very lack of axe babas at ladder atm, otehr weapons than martel and some lances have atm just no demand. Also other stats, with ed on the top ist so kicky so i would say 20-40 fgs.
