Martel is Charsi. Even with the str add on, the damage is too low. 150+ed with str like that would probably sell.
The bow is charsi also. The damage is just to low and its not even lld

Plain 2x 2x fcr rings go for 50-60fg generally. I would say anywhere from 75-150fg for yours.
