Very similar to this one, supposedly sold for 1,2 kfg. I don't know whether +2 dec and repl was that important, but yours has 1cr more (I guess fr is useless?) :>

The +decrep does a LOT to the price there I can assure you
But it's a really nice wand, not sure about wand-prices at sc though, I think you will have to make a thread with some bids to figure out what real price is.
