It doesn't have any other mods which add colour but it would be

Psn red 75%
24fhr
atd
light radius

if you have colourfull pre and suffixes the colour will always be one of the suffixes
an armor can only have up to 15 str(at least in classic) and it will not have a colour(in lod you can have dark colour beginning at 16 str)
either this armor is an import or it has less than 31 ife
it is simply impossible to have a blue colour if you have more than 30 life

tell me, are they going on jsp, or sell it at charsi

when going on jsp, tell me, about how many fg.

the only way to have a dark armor with 31+ life is to have 24 fhr on it
pls make a picture of this 4x life blue ornate^^

same with helm for example.. ever seen a high ed 31 life dark grim?
