mana always usefull, best for es sorc, however it doesn't up the price.
This shield with 20 mana, str and stack could be work much more (in my eyes atelast)
Right now is hard to sell no stack shield with no fhr on it, even if the style is kicky.
-req @ bone is useless.
My opinion is 30-50 for this shield
