False.
Most people are going to look at the KB scoff at it. KB does not activate if both Barbs are WWing at each other. Furthermore, KB can work in your favor. If you catch your opponent out of a WW, you're going to KB-stun them for a few extra hits, and they won't be able to respond until the stun animation completes.

Finally, someone who understands how KB works!
