I'm really sure that it exists a lvl 31 pvp leauge because they can use a prism amu which has a lvlreq of lvl 31

The whole point of using lvl30 duelers is because they cannot use mods like prism. And yes there are pvp leagues above 30 for sure, medium lvl duels, or mld.

Almost all mld are in lod (as for lld btw). They got lower prisms wich have lower lvl req. Most lld's are lvl 9 - 18 - 30, Items at those lvls are easiest to sell and worth the most.

If there is a market for lvl 31 mld items, you will need rings with fcr or ar and on them and mods wich give stats close to maximum available for those lvls.

Most important are str dex life (and mana for lod). Both your amu and ring dont come close to those required adds. I am sorry, but they are still charsi.
