I would say it's an ok starter ring for a travi barb, but too low stats to sell probably.
tl;dr: Self-use - 5fg.

Or, how about a cs lancer? + 7 stats, 45% res and 5 ml is pretty usable
I dont want to make a discusion forum out of this, but imo this is worth some coins, some more than 5fg

I never see these being sold.. found some of em myself, but charsi'd them.
Because non fcr skill prism amu's are to easy to get. And ppl prefer that + skill
If it had fcr, it would be worth some coins, selfuse charsi atm.
