imo its garbage, its not something i would even keep.

the point of a rare shield is to have:
good blocking
rep
mana
str

ur shield is spiked which is low block to begin with, and it has 15/10.
no rep, mana, or str.
a comparable looking shield:
white 2 socked spiked,
first sock = psaph to give it blue look
2nd sock = pdia

now this 2 socked spiked has better mods than urs

and dtm is only useful if u can block something, and ur shield cant.
