Imo it's got no value on nl because all got perf items there, selfuse it on ench sorc or try to sell in lod nl...

No Fhr (nn on pala thou)
No Ed (important for pala)
Cr is nice but pretty useless on Hc
9/15str nice and nn dex rly on pal exept sharder
32/60Life low
17/30Lr low
pr useless

so I'd say 100-150
