so correct me if I'm wrong, to max smite on classic you need:

either 40 ias wep and max fanat OR 30 ias wep + 10 ias gloves and max fanat ?

does anyone know the actual IAS% to be maxed ? ty for responses btw

Correct. If you mean the ias you'd need to have without fanat, 110% for a flail. That is obviously not possible in classic though.
