Im not sure what you mean. This sorc has been created to strictly follow d2c gm pvp rules in europe. Knowing that this sorc has still at least 4 setups (110fcr 1soj, 70fcr 2soj, 70fcr staffer, 70fcr 1.7k mana using woe, etc). I've heard xxx times east ppls comparing their chars with eu d2c gm rules and then show a complete bm char (to our standards).
Lets compare what is comparable. Ive always witnessed that ppls who rely on equ mostly are the least skilled ones. It takes smthing else in term of skills to win duels with a char that can tank 5fbs maximum.
