as you already have cd, yes, ps is the best choice for pvming

Skulled bows are considered as fail sox for pvmers as well as for pvpers. Old bows were socketed with skull because it worked quite fine at pvp and with rubies.
Leeching at hell is divided by 3, so it actually doesn't help much.
I'm actually not sure if fire damage stunned enemies back in time but it certainly doesn't nowadays, it's just the visible animation that looks a bit similar to stunning.

As the bow already has cold damage, I would go for Perfect Emerald for pvm.

Here's what Kylva (Lubna) said about socketing bows for pvm.

Cold or poison dmg would be the icing on the cake (either in-bow or via sock; I'd go for PE over PSaph, but the opposite can work too).

OW from Boneflesh and Poison Dmg is a very nice combo.
I don't think Amazons have problems with ar. Tons of dex (most of good amas have around 500 life and rest in dex), penetration point(s) makes you have enough ar and the difference made by some ar points from Amethyst would probably be unnoticeable.
For the most common attack of bowazons, Freezing Arrow, ar is somehow bugged and it shows wrong value but I don't know the details on that one.

And for pvp, of course nn ar for guided arrow :)

Thank you everyone for comments. This zon play along with full enchant sorc so that's why I don;t want to go with ruby. :P But I consider to add PE. :)
