I might be wrong but i dont think blue helms spawn anymore. I think the only one is tancreds helm possibly?

You gotta perfect sapphire a 3 socketed white helm. Then it will show blue in game.

blue helmets don't spawn anymore. Probably none exist on west classic either. I only knew of one person who had one and his accounts all got closed by bnet.

i just found a superior 2 socket bone helm (7 ED and some durability bonus) if you need it.
u can socket it with a p sapphire then whatever else u need
