Without a single doubt, its the best and it doesn't have to be 6/6
It has all the important mods to be Godly.
There is no issue with having +265 Def on shield not much difference than 302 anyway, it's only missing one Prefix and that could have been +20 to mana or 12 damage taken to mana or having one res stacked
Which is not important

That shield is perfect in all aspects
75% ED could have been 100%
And the 19 priz could have been 20

All in all its 97% perfect

Note: as for your opinion, HFD is better than 9 str or some mana unless you get it from somewhere else(boots,rings,ammy) but in that case I would preferably pick 75% PLR all day any day.
