Calling it "quest drop" is a misnomer actually. It should be called "first kill" drop. Thus you get it if you don't have the quest and are killing the boss. This can be done repeatedly if you kill the boss without getting the quest.

Still looking for a partner. I prefer barbs, asns, necs, and people who aren't associated with pking.
