I am not sure what to do in this situation. I have been constipated all day, and I just sat down to take a shit, when I abrubtly farted. Normally, when you fart on the bowl the shit sprays out in a liquid form. Today, it came out in what I can only describe as jax the size of a golf balls. I knew immediately something was wrong due to the intense pain. I got up looked down and there were several rugged looking balls of shit and blood all over the bowl in speckles.

I went to the freezer and got an ice pack, it is between my ass cheeks right now, and I phoned a nurse who put me on hold. What can I do RIGHT NOW short of killing myself to end this unbearable pain?!
