i say its good...correct me if im wrong but i believe 300% ed is the max you can get @ lvl 51, its got ar and cold damage (slightly bm, but oh well) + 30 ias

only thing that could be better is 10 more ias, eth+replen (or just eth) and a -req mod would of been nice aswell



please price check it for me? its for sale if anyone wants to bid on it
