okay ,
explain a hydra sorc to me ,
does FCR help the laying process of the hydra, and the "shooting" process of the hydra ?
tell me some helpfull info please

no the laying is a cool down which is not effected by fcr. i guess the process of actually casting the hydra is faster but the cool down is still the same. and hydras still shoot fireballs at the same rate regardless of anything you can do since they act as summons and have a set attack speed. also max dmg on hydras is about 6.5k dmg per fireball.
