The question is not whether or not you can put a border around a picture but whether or not you can actually spell border, or is it boarder, ahem...

kool,now i can right click save target as,edit,upload and use some gay signatures!

hint* when sellin sigs,add SAMPLE in huge letter across it to prevent people from doing what i just did.
