not even close. sol's are relatively rare in comparison to ral's which can be as easily attained as taking 1 minute to do the a5 quest...

Ral's are used in important cube recipies, where they come from is irrelevant.

but the amount of ral's and the amount of sol's on the realm i can guarantee is vastly different.
