Firest super uniques boss, go look at eldritch

go to arcan sanctuary and then take the portal he should appear right by the portal

if you were not in town when he spawned you may have spawned him inadvertently. supposed to be @ first superunique you find after he walks

Kill a unique monster

I think he was not being serious

Then its probably what someone else said before and you already spawned him, so think back or backtrack to every super unique you went near.
