If you say "maybe" and then are ISO more offers, and someone else comes and says I want it. Then I am going to sell to them. I gave you first crack at it at a good deal, obviously, if I got a few PM's from other people. If you wanted it that bad you would have got it when I, again, gave you first crack.
Don't BM me. If you wanted it, I would have sold it to you first, no matter the other offer given.
