I used all kinds of lifting belts in my life time. The best belt right now is the Rogues Ohio lifting belt it's not stiff or too hard just perfect for lifting. I try the lever belts and I don't like them because they feel too stiff for movement.

If its just for squat and deadlifts, perhaps some overhead pressing work, I have had my Inzer 13mm belt for years and used it weekly multiple times per week. Looks like the day I bought it. Just a single prong.

I would not go with lever or dual prong. Its just more to mess around with. While the lever is great, if you're like me and some days you wear a hoodie other days you don't and your weight fluctuates quite a bit I just think its a pain in the ass to have to keep moving the lever around with a screwdriver.

I guarantee my belt will outlive me.

I personally use the 13mm pronged one

Will be getting a lever eventually

SBD has lifetime warranty on lever belts which justifies their price

Can't go wrong with Ironbull off Amazon too really

Unless you maintain similar weight week to week and wear the same cloths I never liked a lever belt. Maybe its because I often wear big ass hoodies then take them off at some point in my workouts. Unless they have changed lever belts you had to unscrew and move the lever along to the new spot where it would be tight again.

I can be like two holes different at times on my prong belt, also depending on the workout, if its lighter and I don't really need the belt I keep it semi loose and more just use it as my reminder to brace even when the weight is light.

I think single prong is the way.

Stable* because they use plastic lining inside to keep it stiff
